I have my appointments labeled for other people. For example, "Sesh with Cordelia". It appears on my calendar with the same name and the person's name in parenthesis. "Sesh With Cordelia (Chris Jones)". Can I flip that? So that it appears on my calendar as ""(Chris Jones)Sesh With Cordelia "?
Yes, you can flip the naming convention of your appointments by editing the event title directly. Hereโs how you can do it :-
Google Calendar
This will update the event's name to start with the personโs name in parentheses, followed by the description.
If you're using another calendar app, the process should be similarโjust locate the event and manually edit the title as needed.
Yes-but I want the computer to do it so that I don't have to manually edit appointments. I realize that I can manually do it. Thank you.
