Chrome Force browser sign-in

Hey Everyone,

I don't usually have much luck in here but has anyone experienced issues with using Chrome BrowserSignin (Force browser sign-in)?  We have managed our Chrome browsers via a macOS profile pushed using MDM.  Recently the issue we are seeing is users are being locked out of their Chrome profiles from time to time.  It seems to be based around a restart of macOS but not 100% sure what is triggering it.  Google Support is telling me that this is being caused by the by default setting on web session length for Google services for 14 days.  This doesn't make sense to be since this seems to be a new issue.  Any thoughts?  Does anyone force browser sign in?

What error do users see? How frequently is  it occurring?

We are experiencing a similar issue on on Windows 10. About once a week or after a Chrome update and/or system restart, when users try to sign back in to their profile they receive an error message. I get it every week but can't for the life of me remember it. It's something about your administrator blocks the use of old profiles or something like that. 

We have forced browser sign in, our web session duration is 12 hours.

I actually think I found the issue here.  It seems a fix is on its way.  I just wish support pushed me in the right direction instead of saying it is working as expected.
