We are in the process of familiarizing ourselves with the collaborative inbox.
The first steps are already quite successful, but the users "complain" about the main view where all conversations are visible. This confuses the users.
They want to list open conversations and not those that have already been completed (similar to a ticket system)
I can solve this by manually entering "is:unresolved" in the search help.
It works, but the users have to enter this again each time they call it up
IS there a possibility to set this filter as a default filter?
