Plan is unlimited storage for the first 3 years.
Anyone meet this too? How to solve this?
Thank you
Hello!
This is your computer hard drive storage.
You have to check your Google workspace remaining storage space.
You can use this link to check your storage use:
https://drive.google.com/settings/storage
Hope it helps!

Hi Jan,
@LiWei0122 That sounds like you are on one of the Legacy plans like Google Business which no longer has unlimited space. The limits are still extraordinarily large. What plan are you on now and what plans are you looking at? For example, with Business Plus for up to 300 users, you get 5TB pooled per user. So if you have 10 users, you get 50TB of total storage. HTH, KAM
I recommend you to check your storage in your Google Drive web.
Ask your administrador to check if somenthing is wrong with your user on admin console.
If nothing is wrong, i recommend you to reinstall the application on your computer.
If the problem continues, i recommend you to check with google support via admin console, theres a icon on the top right corner:
Yes i can solve this.
Hi
May I know how you solve this problem?
Thank you
@LiWei0122 which Google Workspace licence do you pay for?
Hi StephenHind
is legacy G Suite plan.
Thank you
@LiWei0122 upgrade to Google Workspace Business Standard: Google is forcing all legacy G Suite plans onto Google Workspace plans. If you're in a contract that's still running for a fixed term and only need extra storage for one account then simply buy more storage via Google One.
So it seems that you don't have an unlimited storage option as said earlier.
A Stephen said, you will be forced to upgrade to a Google workspace subscription soon:
To solve this imediate problem, you just have check your storage on admin console and if your storage is full you just have to delete contents of gmail or drive or just buy more space.
I think the cheap way to do this is buy more space via Google One.
Morning,
My company account showed me this plan which subscripted.
This still need to upgrade?
Hello!
Oh ok, we tought that was g suite legacy.
You don't need to upgrade.
Google will update automatically for a Google Workspace service later this year.
Could you tell us if the problem persists?
As @bill_pier3 said, it was a ongoing issue that happened last week.
Hi,
Yes it start to prompt from last week.
like this just can wait google for the update?
You can upgrade now or just wait and Google will auto update the licences when the time comes.
It's up to your organization to decide this.
There was an ongoing service issue over the weekend, that was apparently resolved yesterday. That said, some domains, though now not reporting storage quota warnings, are still reporting Current Plan storage quotas of "0GB". A Support Chat (Admin Console) yesterday afternoon, yielded that there is a 24-48 hour propagation timeframe for domains to correctly reflect current plan storage quotas (for those domains which previously reported inaccurately).
