Get Prompt Google Workspace Storage is Full

keep getting prompt that Google Workspace storage is full, as picture below.

I have checked that the user's laptop still has 300+GB free storage.

Plan is unlimited storage for the first 3 years.

Anyone meet this too? How to solve this?
