Google Voice

I want to suggest that the onboarding process for Google Voice be re-constructed in such a way that it allows new users or returning users to understand what they are doing a bit betterโ€”for example, being a bit more clearer on pricing, and giving us an indication of what licenses are and how they work.  As well as what certain features genuinely are, like the auto-generation tool.  I think the whole process to add google voice as an app is not intuitive as one might think.  

 

I would like to see a more user-friendly approach that explains what each feature is in common language for those who don't use these platforms regularly.  Please feel free to reach out if you are interested in learning my ideas on making this process more transparent and easier to use.
