Need to remove primary and only domain from workspace

I previously used Google Workspace purchased monthly through Squarespace. I canceled both Squarespace and Workspace and maintain my domain for other uses.

I see no way to permanently remove this primary and only domain from Workspace. This is interfering with other uses including continued use on my Android phone, the purchase of YouTube Premium and Google Fi. An error results stating that an admin (that's me) has locked out the option to purchase Fi or YouTube Premium and on my phone I am unable to do reviews of apps but works otherwise. Occasionally I get errors when using the account and just switch to a Gmail account.

How do I remove my domain which was never registered through Google Domains but did use DNS?

@Mikesfstop have you gone to admin.google.com, search for domains, and tried to reactivate your <domain>.test-google-a.com domain?  -KAM

From what you said, if you cancelled your workspace account, if you still have that workspace account logged in on your phone or set up YouTube premium, fi, etc at some point those accounts will fail because that account no longer exist.

Depending on the application you might be able to log in and change the primary account or you might have to start a new account

Third attempt to reply as I canceled my Workspace account which made the login here invalid too. My domain was finally released this morning. So I created a new user here to respond

There are numerous issues now with my phone account. It still let's me login as I recreated an account with the same domain email and it recognizes my personal information and credit card but the purchase apps and subscriptions are gone from the Play Store. But all are active on my phone but not updating. I wonder if they'll charge me for the subscription I have and not let me manage it?

Well, I think a factory reset is in order and I'll just repurchase the apps and subscriptions I want to keep.

@Mikesfstop2 Yeah, your phone is tied to the account on the domain with services.  That account is "gone" so I was going to mention you'll need to re-setup the phone with a free gmail account.  I was also going to ask if you are trying to use a YouTube Family account because those don't work with Workspace from my xp.  -KAM

Thanks for your help!
