Problem with Content manager from outside organization

Hi,

Content manager from outside organization can't create files or folders on a shared drive.
This outside outside organization is a Google Workspace organization.

This user sees message "You don't have permission to edit <shared-drive-name>" when accessing the shared drive.

To duplicate this issue I created a new shared drive and share with this organization and there was the problem with this new drive as well. Persoanal Gmail accounts with Content Manager rights work normally.

We have many shared drives that are working perfectly with our other customers, partners and supplier. The sharing setting are exactly the same as the settings for those drives.

What prevents this organization from accessing shared drive normally?

Cheers,
Arto

The problem is not with your domain, but with theirs. They must have sharing permissions set to not allow distributing content outside of the domain. And creating content in an external shared drive is a way to distribute content (or at least to greatly facilitate it).
Do they even see the options to create files/folders or is everything greyed out?
