I recently started using Delegate feature on Gmail to allow all my users to access the main info inbox. Initially it worked perfectly fine but suddenly the search function is not working properly.
Instead of showing a drop down of suggested emails and email addresses like it does for a normal search, it now only shows the labels created in the past. Then when you search (if you know the entire email address (if you have a good memory) and click enter, it will show a lot of emails, but not particularly relevant ones.
I hope someone can help as our company was intending to use this quite extensively.
I've included screenshots of what it should look like and what it actually looks like (compared to delegated vs not delegated).
