I'm losing my mind on this, and it's probably something simple, but here I am.
For some reason a Shared Drive is no longer showing up in my Google Drive desktop app. I am the manager of the drive and it previously showed up through the desktop app. The drive labeled 123w Shared Drive shows up in the website:
However in the app, all I see it:
Anyone able to help me out with this?
On a related note, I was looking to try and change back to the 'alternate streaming method' as listed in the help here, however their solution "Check the box next to โUse alternative file streaming method to resolve potential application compatibility issues.โ doesn't even show up as an option for me in any Settings I can find.

Have you tried signing out of the Drive for Desktop app and signing back in again? Sometimes that can "kick" things...

Somewhat? I have tried to disconnect, and while I know it says it might take a few minutes, twice now I've tried, and let it process for about 30 minutes without it actually completing the action, and have then cancelled it. I will try again though and leave it for longer. That just feels like an excessive amount of time just to essentially sign out of something.
And that was the solution. It didn't take as long to process this time, and seemed to fix the problem when I signed back in. Thanks!
