Teachers cannot create classes

It seems all of a sudden the teachers in our school can not create a class in Google Classroom.  I have check that they are verified teachers and that the service is turned on for the correct organizational unit.

Interesting, I recommend you to try to use chrome on incognito mode and see what happens.

It could be an extension that is crashing the service, it's rare but happens a lot haha.

Other than that, you can open a ticket by mail and attach a har file that will record everything that happens on the background, and you can record a video using this resource here:

To generate the har file, follow this tutorial:

If all of them are verified teachers, you should call support to see what is going on.

Go to admin console, the support icon is in the top right page.

Thanks I've been in conatact with support but they don't seem to understand what is going on.  We have figured out if they log in through other Web Browsers like FireFox they can add classes, in Chrome you can't fill anything in because it is grayed out.  I've also run into now if they can create a class in another Web Browser they can't add students becuase it is saying "Can't invite student from this domain" but its our own domain.

After many disabling and enabling multiple google extensions, I found the one that created the issue was the Record to Slides extension.
