I have received this message while trying to log in
Your sign-in settings don’t meet your organization’s 2-Step Verification policy.
I am the admin of my company's google workspace, so it's a bit disconcerting. For clarity, I'm the original account and the super admin.
Our account level is Google Workspace Business Standard
I can't log in to contact support - are there any solutions to overriding this myself ?
I didn't make any changes, it's possible someone on my staff did but the one person who would have had access is out of cell range until tomorrow, and I am just trying make sure we haven't been hacked.
Any help would be greatly appreciated (and let me sleep tonight!)
Do you have another admin account for this workspace instance? If so, you'll have to login with that admin account and go through several steps to fix this. If you don't have another admin account, I am not sure how you are going to resolve it. I imagine you are going to have to try to contact Google to recover the admin account.
