I am not a Gemini Workspace user but I have google on my work laptop. I have been using gemini with no issue sbut today upgraded to premium/advanced as ran out of free prompts. Since upgrading no promts work, keeps saying something went wrong and the only solution the AI has is to log in to my workspace via the admin console and allow the extensions. I have no access to admin console and am now stuck, unable to use the AI features or to solve the issue. Anyone have any advice

@Rach101 this is a community for Google Workspace users, which you're not using, so you probably aren't going to get any meaningful help here.  

Since you're paying for Gemini Advanced via Google One you can get support directly from Google One: go to https://one.google.com/ use the Help and Feedback option and then Contact Us.
