Solved: invoice by organizational groups

I need to have on the invoice more rows by organizational units, me could add each organizational group proper part of invoice to the accounting.

There's no function available to split billing by organizational unit - perhaps this is an idea you could post in the Feature Ideas forum.

Meanwhile, I recommend exporting your user roster to Google Sheets, and perhaps creating a pivot table to determine quantity of Google Workspace licenses assigned, by OU.

For optimal accuracy, you could do this every month - and even automate the export using Google Apps Script via the Admin API.

Or, for greater simplicity, you could do it every quarter or year, and share updated % (by OU) to accounting on a periodic basis.

unfortunately none of the suggestions is useful for me, but thanks to clarify it is not possible. I really need to have it on the invoice(the amounts I am able to calculate and have them) but I need to have it for accounting(tax purposes) on the invoice, now I will have to create a new account for each OU.
