toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/checkmx always say crytical error

After a loss of DNS entry, I had to reconfigure the MX, DKIM, SPF, and other fields for Google Workspace.

To date, incoming and outgoing e-mail is working, but I'm still getting errors on my domain according to the Toolbox.

I saw that another user had the same errors as me on his domain:

Is the toolbox reliable or out of date?
