toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/checkmx is it reporting wrong status?

We have subscribed to Google Workspace yesterday and setup all necessary DNS records.

We are curious why the check MX function (as shown in the URL) always returns some issues while we already able to receive emails from anyone?

Is there any other things we configured wrongly?

Also, please make sure the Gmail app is enabled on Google Workspace Admin and added all the necessary DNS records such as MX, SPF, DKIM etc.

Check out https://support.google.com/a/answer/140038 for various troubleshooting steps. Based on what you've said, my bet is it's the issue in step 1.

Let me try to run the check MX after 72 hours. See if it works.

Yes. I have enabled the Gmail app and am able to send and receive emails
without any issue.
