unauthorized Google Workspace charged

Please help! I do not use Google Workspace Service but got an unauthorized charge from Google on July 31st and submitted multiple unauthorized purchase claims. I didn't get any support.

Charged note: "ecom GOOGLE*AIPE WORKSPACE G.CO  / HELPPAY #USA". I do not own or use any of this. 

I have provided my card number, merchant ID, and the amount and date in multiple claims but nothing happened. I do not understand why a transaction that is from my bank account is charged with a merchant ID for a Google service and Google cannot at least authorize or respond. Help.

@duc in my experience, Google does not have any support staff for these type of requests.  Everything is automated.  Since this is fraud, recommend you file a fraud complaint with YOUR bank and that will trigger notices to Google, etc. that they might work with the bank.  Or they'll ignore it and you'll have the charge refunded.  -KAM

@KAM TBH, your reply is better than my bank and Google so far. My bank suspected it was an automatic charge from my Google account which was not and they said there was nothing they could do anymore. Google has never replied.

I'm curious what your solution for this ended up being. I'm in a similar situation with my card on an old client workspace account.

This is not a Google issue. Stop the payment from your bank.
