users last sent mail date details

i need to figure out, how many users are not using mails and did not send a single mail from last month

Hey @Aks1, 

From the Admin Console go to Reporting -> Reports -> User Reports -> Apps usage, then on the right side click on the Gear button  and select 'Emails Sent' 

By taking a look at this, combined with Gmail (Web) - Last used time, you should be able to see, what you are looking for. If you would like to investigate specific account, you can use Email log search and search by the sender, and filter by the date - then you should be able to get the number of emails for specific timeline.
