workspace gmail manual email forward works only for gmail domain, not for external domain

When I try to forward some mail in my gmail workspace account to external domain mail adress, it wont be delivered, but when do some forward to some gmail account, mail arrive correctly.

Hope you're doing well! I have some questions to check with you:

- Those forwards are automatically configured? Or you have to manual forward?

- Were you able to troubleshoot using ELS to check if the email left your organization successfully?

Hi Matt,

ELS check helped, found error "450 4.1.8 : Sender address rejected: Domain not found" on undelivered message. Old expired domain was the problem, so I switch domain to actual and everythings going smooth now. Thanks
