I have two accounts and one of them has pauyment problems

I have two accounts to indicate Google Wortkspace.

https://referworkspace.app.goo.gl/7hmM - two pending payments (I believe that is something wrong with my bank account)

I will reach out to the support team to see how they are able to merge your accounts. Unless you want to keep both accounts separate and just fix the account that is not set up yet?)

The support team reached out to me and let me know that apparently you have two payment profiles. The second account has been successfully completed however there is no money in that account. On the other hand the original payment payment profile that has not been completed has money sitting in that account. You should be able to access the original account linked to your outlook email g...a...@outlook.com and complete the steps by providing your bank information, then you will be able to access your referral rewards.

My outlook email is now in the same account with the linux.com email. How can I access the old account linked to the outlook mail? Is it possible to add the correct payment profile (the one receiving payments) to my current account?

To answer your question about adding bank information to your account:

Accounts that are already set-up: You can receive money to this account for all future referrals.

Accounts that were created previously and have credit on them - Unfortunately any referrals that have already credit on them in the first account that was created cannot be transferred over to a new account. You would need to complete the payment profile for that account to retrieve the money.

Are you able to access your original payment profile on pay.google.com and add you bank information? Or are you still not able to access your outlook email?

My outlook email is curretly tied to my new Google Account as a secondary email. So i'm currently unable to access the previous account. Could it be possible to move the payment profile on my new account?

Hi @gioamato,

Unfortunately we cannot move the payment profile to another email address. Since your new Google account is tied to the outlook account, there is a small chance that you might be able to sign into your current account like you regularly would. Check the upper right corner where it shows your name, there may be a drop-down arrow that would allow you to toggle between payment profiles.

This has been the case with other users who had multiple payment profiles. However in those cases, all the payment profiles were tied to the same email, so it might not be the same the scenario in your case.

If your are not able to see that drop-down and toggle between payment profiles, we currently don't have another way to help other than ask that you sign in using that original email and original password.

i've checked my current google account and the payment profile isn't there. So i removed my outlook email from my current account to sign in using it, but there are no payment profiles.

How should i proceed now?
