Has anyone else ran into a problem where the reCAPTCHA admin console shows different things than the enterprise cloud console? One of my reCAPTCHA sites appears to be orphaned into a different project that doesn't show in my enterprise cloud account. So now I'm having licensing issues with the site saying its over the agreement amount.
If I attempt to use CLI gcloud config set project abcdefg - I'm told my owner account doesn't have access to the projects instance.
I'm simply trying to move it somehow so I don't have to reconfigure another one. Any tips tricks or help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi there, Are there other admins who could have moved the site/key into this orphaned project? They could give you the access you need by including you as a user on that project.
And FWIW even if you had access to the orphan project is not possible to move an existing key from one project to another at this time. You can however connect multiple projects to the same GCP billing account.
Thanks for the response! We were on a free account and then there was a licensing change. Once we got a PO for things we had some regional engineers assist in converting things over to enterprise. We've still only had 1 account (owner) through it all. So only thing I can figure is the other ID is from our free account and a new one was created for our enterprise shell. Then somehow that 1 site just didn't get setup or merged properly.
I spent the morning creating a new reCAPTCHA for that site once I realized I probably will never get access to that project again.
As a follow up question, should the sites in the reCAPTCHA admin console match what's in the enterprise cloud reCAPTCHA console?
