Hello @surbhijain, this error apparently appears only in console. Creating the Apigee environment via command-line should solve this.Refer to https://cloud.google.com/apigee/docs/api-platform/get-started/install-cli-eval for the CLI.

Apart from the static external IP address that you allocate to a Compute Engine, you can attach forwarding rules that points to the virtual machine's IP address. https://cloud.google.com/load-balancing/docs/forwarding-rule-concepts
