How do I restore the chomebook so that people can access it when connecting to the internet?

DISREGARD, was able to change the setting in the ADMIN CONSOLE from disabled to provisioned.Just couldn't find that before

SO FAR I have tried image recovery to the latest 113.Applied chromebook resets.Not sure what setting needs to be changed in the google admin console or workspace
