BUMP! Still having the same problem. This is becoming an issue for me.
Why should I pay monthly for a reduced service I cannot use? Has anyone
heard anything about the fix?
I was Chris77 but I thought deleting and resigning in would work. It
didn't. I feel this is taking too long to fix. Tomorrow I will begin
paying for service I cannot fully use. I think there needs to be some
sort of compensation - it's been weeks now...
