Good afternoon. Is it possible, through workflow notifying in the application, to add a new row in the table. Notification is not through mail but in the application itself, as when editing the application “save and notify users”?

I need to save data for a certain date. but in the built-in filter, an example does not display a specific date (08/29/2019 = 0 result), tell me whether it is possible to do this in the built-in filter, or how to implement it.
