Hi Community!
I have a special request where I need to disable a user's access to all other Looker users' personal folders. Is there any quick solution for this? Thanks!
Solved! Go to Solution.
The best solution I can think of is to create a new group that has everybody except this user in it. Then give that group 'view' access to all the folders, and remove view access for the 'all users' group from everywhere. But this could be cumbersome to implement, and removing the 'all users' group probably invites a lot of problems with people losing access to stuff that they should have access to - i.e. this solution might be worse than the problem you currently have!
