One of our users is having issues logging in.

I’m assuming though you have a consumer-facing app, so you may not want to invest in the Domain Auth provider in AppSheet (that is not something available in the self-service plans).

Unfortunately, we haven’t seen much ask for Yahoo-based signin, which is why this hasn’t been provided out-of-the-box.
