Can a submitted form trigger a data change?

Hello,

I am currently working on a form app through google sheets and google forms. I have a table for a list of customers that I will send out a google form to. I was wondering if appsheet is able to collect the form values submitted and find the correct customer from the list to update the respective field upon submission? Both the list and the form will have the customer’s email.
