How can I centralize all of my bots in different apps in one google sheet?

You may want to change the category to “Questions” instead of “Tips & Tricks”.

As far as I know, you can’t do that.
However, at clicking here you will have all the metrics and logs relative to your Bots that have been working…or trying to work

As @Aurelien mentions, there is no way to copy Bots or any other app artifacts between apps.

Ways to accomplish your ask depend on your end goal.

• If your intention is to create a new app that includes Bots from several different source apps, unfortunately you will need to re-create the desired Bots in the new app. Cut and past is your friend here!

• If your end goal is to combine several apps together into one cohesive app, then using a Launcher app may be the answer. A launcher app is a simple “menu” app that displays any of the listed apps into a Gallery view where you can treat the gallery items as buttons to launch into the various apps.

• Alternatively to a Launcher app, we do have the capability of transitioning to views in other apps from the current app with Actions. For example, let’s say there are separate apps for Inventory Management and Purchase Orders. If a user was looking at a row in Inventory Management and decides they need to place a Purchase Order a button can be provided that will transition to the Purchase Order app AND even open the Purchase Order Form pre-filled with the item they wish to purchase. When this Form is saved, Bots in the Purchase Order app would be triggered.
