How can i groupby and sort a report from a bots

I made an APP for inspecting kitchen, toilet and bathrooms.
I made a report with the template click to sent e-mail.
See template below.
I use a slice to select certain records, but now I want the records to be grouped and sorted.
Cannot find the right start extension.

Tabelnaam is : Data Kwaliteit KBT
Slicenaam : Rapportage opname interieur KBT Amersfoort

Forgot to say i want to groupby : TECH_Clusternummer and sort by OGEnummer.

I am not an experienced user.
Making an APP goes well for me. But I can't get a good report.
I can't get any further with the proposed solution, see below what I've used.
But this does not provide a solution.
What I would like:
Group : Tech Clusternumber
Sorted by : OGE number
Then the table.

Can you give me an example of how to include this command in the report
