KML File

Hello, working with KML Files, 

How can I use it?? I read than it seems like this:

But in the APP FORMULA "40.4530602, -3.5928648" when I saw it in the tables indicates other data. 

I do not know which data is the correct, the first (Link from my google maps( https://www.google.com/maps/d/kml?forcekml=1&mid=141qjXbzKVYqoT1WxzJraczK1b17PPTYh&lid=HdBO1TPI8eE ) or the link with the adress in DRIVE for the Kml file

Can anybody helpme??

And what about the XY files?
