Pop-Up Message when Sync is in queue

We have a customer that doesn’t recognize when Sync is in queue. At the right bottom it says “Sync [12]” but he doesn’t care So I’m wondering if it’s possible to send him a Notification “Please do a Sync”? For example if there are more than 10 Syncs in queue. Or can I even change the Name of “Sync” when there is something not synced?

You can change the wording but I’m afraid you don’t know if the the queue is empty or not.

Any chance you can enable automatic background sync so that it just happens?

This is enabled. But I think he looses connectivity sometimes. After that it will not sync again.
