Report Template reference tables dont like my table?

Hello,

I have multiple tables that reference a column on one table.

These reference tables create tables in the attachment template by default:

This table does exactly what it is supposed. (Side question. No idea why it only displays 5 columns when the table has many more?)

But when I reformat it like this:

 It breaks like this:

• Error 1 : 'Email Quote' task 'Sending Quote' Attachment template. Expression '[Bore Dia @ Gland]' is invalid due to: Unable to find column 'Bore Dia @ Gland'.
• Error 2 : 'Email Quote' task 'Sending Quote' Attachment template. Expression '[Gland OD Dia]' is invalid due to: Unable to find column 'Gland OD Dia'...........

This goes on for every column. Note that the initial column of "Bore Dia @ Piston" seems to have processed correctly?

No idea why it fails. I used the same start expression. The end expression is located after the last column contents

Also not sure why you mention there can be only 5 columns in the horizontal format, the below report has 6 columns
