I have two applications for cars: asset management (Car_AM) and contract management (CAR CM). Both work mainly with data stored in AppSheet DB. However for each app I need to have some documents for each car (some of them to be uloaded, some of them generated by App). I would like to store documents generated by both appication to one folder for each car (folder name to be license plate).
Up to now, I was not able to "convince" applications not to save files in their own folders under "/My Drive/AppSheet". Do you have any advice how to create one folder shared by both applications?

This may seem a little obvious, but have you tried the File Folder Path option (under automation>your file generating bot>process for creating new file)?
