It's an impressive amount of wasted time to copy and paste one by one all of the localized messages I already made on other apps everytime I create a new one.
Can you please make a faster process for this? It's a pain!
Or, some other functionality to facilitate management of this content. For example, even if I maintain the localizations in a data source table that I then add to each app I'd still have to manually enter the expression for each item in this system text list.
One of the big things that Appsheet is lacking is the ability to re-use elements from one app in another app. This is absolutely essential for an organization that creates several apps and we want them all to have common elements, such as automations, format rules, etc.
This would be another instance in which it would be useful. There should be an option called "Import settings from another App", where you can choose which one of your apps you want to use as the source, and then import all of the localizations at once.
I'm imagining something similar to the way Google Forms lets you import form questions from other forms.
I'm thinking of making my own "Template apps" just for the sake of reusability which is problematic but I guess it's another workaround to the giant pile of workarounds to make our lifes easier using AppSheet
