I would love to see a new view which nicely presents totals. Like a big number with a small title at the top. Something like: Live Jobs 57 Outstanding Invoices $45,030 Then to be able to drill down on them, would also be really cool. I’ve used Charts, grouping on Deck views and SELECT statements on virtual columns as a workaround, but hoping for something more slick that’s easily configurable. This would be very nice for dashboards to get an overview of your performance. I would like to be able to set a Grouped action as part of another Grouped action. To add context, I have a “universal” input form for users to input what work they did, which upon saving executes the first Grouped action. Most of the sub-actions in the parent group have Behavior expressions so they only run in certain conditions. I would like to add another sub-action for another condition, but I want that sub-action to be another group that executes a large number of other actions. Yes, I could just put all of those new actions as sub-action to the original group, but that would be less resource-efficient (more behavior expressions to evaluate), and less organized. ... It would be great to have advanced search/find and replace in the editor. I have many slices, and I need to change only 1 part of the formula for some of the slices that have a particular word, so it would be great to either be able to advanced search the word to be in the formula, or to find “Gonnella” in slices and replace with “ANY(Automation[Company])”. The next closest view that would work for me is the Card view, however Cards provide more features then I need and ends up leaving too much whitespace. In Google Ecosystem, apps such as GMail , Drive, Keep etc are available in App drawer (9dot Icon in top right corner). Likewise in appsheet, apps shared or owned by a User can see their Appsheet Apps in the App Drawer which can be placed next to "Sync" button. I would love to see an option to make the grey background transparent to show the brand background Image. This would be particularly good in card views. You can see the image below, with most of the top having the grey backdrop, but the bottom cards are just on top of the app background. Currently, AppSheet is not listed in either the GCP or Google Workspace status dashboards. https://status.cloud.google.com/ https://www.google.com/appsstatus/dashboard/ While we AppCreators may be able to get failure information through this community, I think that for many App Users, the status dashboard of Google services may be easier to refer to. This may be a difficult issue in the short term, but I think it's a Feature Idea that will be essential in the long term, so I'm posting it here. Pretty please add the ability to have LongText column types wrap into two lines in normal table view that is already present in quick edit of table view. Currently LongText wrap and Name and Text column types do not. Therefore appsheet already has the option for users to decide what they want. So there should be no conflict of interest. I also hoping that it easy to implement as the quick edit already wraps the text.  I have also noticed that the row size remains constand regardless of quick edit or not. Therefore no vertical space is comprimised.  This option would really support users with constant left and right scrolling while they are interacting with their data. I remember this used to be a nightmare before appsheet decided to freeze 1st column yet.  There is reason why people use spreadsheets more than any other form of data keeping and reporting, so it important to develop the table view.  -Use a LongText column type to wrap text -Use a Name / Text column type to keep text unwrapped.  Let me see if I get a comment out of @Arthur_Rallu  on this one. The Scatterplot is a great visualization of data and works well in Appsheet. My only complaint is that you’re unable to label data points so that the user knows what they’re looking at. This is partially solved with the popup (image attached) when you hover over a data point but you’re unable to add text columns in Scatterplot view. Enabling the legend and multiple chart colors has no effect in Scatterplot view (see image). Currently there is not an easy way to download an image. Currently we need a certain setup to even open an image full-screen, but then once it’s up, we can’t download or share, none of the typical image options present themselves. However, there is an action to download a file, but this doesn’t work with image/drawing/thumbnail columns… So, we can build a virtual column type file with TEXT([image_column]) and then the system even auto creates the open file action… Alternatively we could build a getablefile URL, but I think that has different limitations… ideally we could long press an image from anywhere, and download it… OR better yet, how about a typical share button that is present with most media online these days. ... Currently it is only option to add new event to calendar (and view) by firing action button on calendar view. To make the User experience richer, I wish to have native built-in action to add new event through the calendar view, where the user “hold down” the selected date on calendar, then "add new row (= add new event) " action is initiated with pre-filled date value as per user selection date. ... I am new to Appsheet, so this might already exist, but I haven’t seen it. I think it would be good to have a specific section in this community for commercial discussions. App creators could in this section discuss the commercial aspect of Appsheet. This would make this community a bit more holistic IMHO, and I am sure Appsheet as a product would benefit from enabling users to discuss all things Appsheet and not only focus on the technical aspects of the product. As an example, I am using Appsheet because I am not a “real” developer, but I have an idea for an app that I think might work. However, because I am not from the IT industry, I don’t know if it is commercially viable with Appsheet’s current pricing model (as I understand it). It would be good to discuss this with other more experienced Appsheet developers/business owners to get a better understanding of how they: Price their apps If Appsheet as a product with its pay per user pricing model is suitable to use for a payroll app that will have several hundreds of user. And idf it is, how did they structure their app/data to be as cost effective as possible?
