Hello!I am unable to verify my shopify domain.Although,i added the MX records Google workspace verification guide told me to it didn't register and stated to put in the MX records(that i put in already)Anyone knows how to fix?
Hey @Tenyu if you have done the step of copy-pasting the records from Google Workspace admin console into your Shopify portal, there is always the chance that the records haven't fully propagated, in general we want to allow a buffer for the record propagation of around 24 hours, though most often it is done fairly quickly.
From there I would suggest you work with your DNS hosting provider's support team to ensure there is nothing missing from their point of view. Additionally you can contact our Google support teams as detailed here
There are only three options for verifying a domain. With a TXT record, Cname, or A record. If you haven't added any of those, you need to go to accounts, and domains and click on verify, you will be able to see those options there.
