Change theme to colour of my choise for all spreadsheet and google documents

I want to install a house theme that can be used for all excisting and new spreadheets and google documents. 

I know how to do it for one document/spreadsheet:
Format - Theme - standard - Change - adjust all colours and links

Can i install it once, so it appears on every spreadsheet or google document?

The Drive Template feature can be used for standardizing your organizational theme preferences.  People would just have to select to create new docs and spreadsheets from Template.
