This is my problem - what did you end up doing? I tried to respond to
the help ticket with a different email (my personal gmail) but I'm not
sure if the bot will know not to respond to the shut-down email.
This helped me by showing me a few others users that I hadn't been aware
of, but 1 of those we no longer have contact with and another sold her
company so doesn't have access to the recovery email.
